    Potentiel d’inhibition du cancer supérieur à 95%:

    2. Poireau
    3. Choux de Bruxelles
    4. Betterave
    5. Canneberge
    6. Chou
    7. Oignon Vert
    8. Chou frisé
    9. Brocoli
    10. Chou Fleur
    11. Epinard

    Potentiel d’inhibition du cancer entre 85 et 95%:

    1. Pissenlit rouge
    2. Chou kale
    3. Oignon jaune
    4. Haricot vert
    5. Chou rouge

    Potentiel d’inhibition du cancer entre 70 et 85%:

    1. Asperge
    2. Céleri
    3. Fraise
    4. Rutabaga
    5. Crosse de fougère

    Potentiel d’inhibition du cancer entre 50 et 70%:
